摘要
针对塑料厂2005年开工的20万吨/年高压装置C1201-E4换热器频繁泄漏问题,结合生产工况对换热管进行了腐蚀失效分析,通过专业检测分析手段,结合高压装置特定的运行条件,指出了产生管束腐蚀泄漏的条件因素,同时从材料方面、水质方面分析了此类设备故障率较高的主要因素。该分析结果及建议对相似工艺条件下已运行换热器及更新换热器的管束腐蚀泄漏的防护方面具有一定的借鉴作用。
Plastic Factory started in 2005 for 20 tons / year high-pressure device C1201-E4 frequent heat exchanger leaks, It was pointed out about the conditions that bring stress corrosion crack by professional detctions and analyses according to specific running conditions. At the same time from the materials, water quality analysis equipment, a high failure rate of such a major factor. The results and suggestions have good reference for prevention of stress corrosion of tube bundle for heat exchanger running under the similar conditions and for heat exchanger updated.
