摘要
乙烯装置稀释蒸汽发生器是回收循环急冷油热量和发生稀释蒸汽的主要设备,其运行过程中易发生腐蚀失效。本文对多起稀释蒸汽发生器的腐蚀问题进行了综合研究,对稀释蒸汽发生器的工况进行了简要介绍,对该设备发生腐蚀的部位、腐蚀形貌及腐蚀原因、防护措施进行了分析和总结,为今后稀释蒸汽发生器防腐蚀工作提供指导。
The dilution steam generator of ethylene plant is the main equipment for recovering the heat of circulating quench oil and generating dilution steam, which is prone to corrosion failure during its operation. In this paper, the corrosion problems of dilution steam generators were comprehensively studied. The working conditions of dilution steam generators were briefly introduced, and the corrosion parts, corrosion morphology, corrosion causes and protective measures of the equipment were analyzed and summarized, so as to provide guidance for the anti-corrosion work of dilution steam generators in the future.
