Beinice suing Detroit Tigers companies is a typical spectator injury accident case.The organizers bear duty of care in all its security responsibility,but the duty of care is a limited obligation.A spectator＇s behavior itself can be regarded to undertake a common risk voluntarily.The way of the related responsibility allocation in spectators＇ injury accident is to balance the interest between the spectators and the organizers in the sports tournament.
