摘要
目的:研究阿魏菇多糖的抗肿瘤作用和免疫作用。方法:采用H22荷瘤小鼠,考察阿魏菇多糖对H22荷瘤小鼠瘤重和抑瘤率的影响,并考察阿魏菇多糖对二硝基氟苯(DNFB)诱导的小鼠迟发型变态反应(DTH)的影响。结果:阿魏菇多糖可以提高H22荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率,增加荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数,并显著增强DNFB诱导的小鼠DTH的作用。结论:阿魏菇多糖对H22肉瘤具有较强的抑制作用,并显著增加荷瘤小鼠的胸腺指数和脾指数。阿魏菇多糖能显著增强DNFB诱导的小鼠DTH的作用。
Objective:To test antitumour effects and immune function of pleurotas sapidus polysaccharide in mice.Methods:H22 tumor models in mice were built to study antitumor effect of pleurotas sapidus polysaccharide.By delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH)induced by dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB),the effect of the celluar immunity was evaluated.Results:Pleurotas sapidus polysaccharide could inhibit the growth of H22,and the tumor growth inhibitory rate was over 30%;Pleurotas sapidus polysaccharide could significantly increase the weights of mouse's thymus and spleen,promote delayed hypersensitivity(DTH).Conclusion:Pleurotas sapidus polysaccharide shows obvious antitumor activity.Also it can improve immunological function.
