摘要
阿魏菇多糖是新疆特有食用菌阿魏菇中一类重要的活性成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、增强机体免疫力等功效,在基础研究、保健食品、医药等领域具有开发前景。本文综述了阿魏菇多糖近些年来的制备方法、结构特性以及生物活性,以期为阿魏菇多糖的开发和应用奠定理论基础。
Pleurotus ferulae polysaccharide is an important bioactive component of edible fungi in Xinjiang, which has anti-oxidation,anti-tumor and immune-enhancing effects.It has development prospects in basic research,health food,medicine and other fields.The preparation methods,structural properties and biological activities of Pleurotus ferulae polysaccharides in recent years were reviewed,which laid a theoretical foundation for the development and application of Pleurotus ferulae polysaccharides.
