摘要
热壁加氢反应器因在高温、高压、临氢工况下操作， 其常见的母材回火脆化、氢脆、氢腐蚀，堆焊层氢致剥离等时效损伤情况就可能出现而影响反应器安全运行。作者结合上海炼油厂加氢精制装置热壁加氢反应器制造，对导致反应器损伤的因素进行了扼要分析，并在设备制造过程中进行质量控制，使该设备制造质量达到了规定要求， 为今后长寿命安全运行打下了基础。
Hot wall hydrogenated reactor operates under high temperature,high pressure and hydrogen service.Its common seasoning damage situation,such as temper brettleness,hydrogen brettleness,hydrogen attack,overlay hydrogen induced disbonded etc,may occure to affect the safe operation of reactor.In combination with the manufacture of hot wall hydrogenated reactor of shanghai refinery,the author analized briefly main points of factors that lead reactor to damage the quality contral during equipment manufacture is carried out.And made the equipment manufacture quality of reactor to conform to specified requirement and the foundation for long period and safety operation is laid from now on.
