摘要
在455℃完成了国产2.25Cr1Mo0.25V锻钢的低周疲劳试验。该锻钢呈循环软化特性,疲劳寿命随循环应变幅的增加而大幅缩短,应变幅-疲劳寿命符合Basquin-Coffin-Manson方程。根据ASME锅炉与压力容器规范获得国产2.25Cr1Mo0.25V锻钢的疲劳设计曲线,并与ASME-NH中2.25Cr1Mo钢设计曲线对比。
Low cycle fatigue test for home made 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V forging steel at 455 ℃ was carried out. This forging steel demonstrates cycle soft property so that with the increase of cycle strain amplitude, the fatigue life is greatly reduced. The relation of strain amplitude-fatigue life is correspondent to Basquin-coffinemanson equation. Based on ASME VIII-1, the fatigue curve for home made 2.25Cr1Mo0.25V forging steel was obtained, and it was compared to the design curve for 2.25Cr1Mo provided in ASME-NH.
