摘要
APIRP941是目前国际上广泛使用的选择高温高压临氢设备抗氢材料的准则,其原始版本(APIPUBL941)称为“纳尔逊曲线”。自1949年提出到1997年,经过了多次修改、补充。APIRP941—1997(第五版)介绍了修改后的高温氢环境下钢材的操作极限曲线,列举了1.25Cr-0.5Mo钢和2.25Cr-1Mo钢的几例高温氢腐蚀事例,并对高温氢腐蚀的影响因素进行了分析。
API RP941 is the extensive applied creterion for selecting hydrogen resisting materials of equipment in hydrogen survice at elevated temperatures and high pressures in internationality at present.The original version of APIRP941 reffered to as the “Nelson curves”.Since publishing in 1949 to 1997,it had been revised and suplemented for mang times. The revised limited operation curves for hydrogen survice at elevated temperatures and pressure are introduced in API RP 941 1997(fifth edition). Several cases of high temperature hydrogen attack of 1.25Cr 0.5Mo steel and 2.25Cr 1Mo steel are given. Influence factors of high temperature hydrogen attack are analized.
