摘要
高校教师对教学与科研的认识与处理方式影响着教师的专业成长。以某高校教师的教育生活经历为线索,以教育自传的形式呈现这位教师对教学与科研的认识与处理方式及其专业成长价值。这位教师的"教学-科研"关系观贯穿于入职危机、职业新生、专业起步、专业成熟、政策困惑等个人职业生涯的不同阶段。教学与科研的联姻是教师专业成长的必由之路。
College teachers′ professional development is affected by their understanding and treatment towards teaching and research.This paper,which is a college teacher′s educational autobiography made of his educational life experiences,discusses his understanding and treatment towards teaching and research,and its value of professional development.His ideas of teaching and research in different career stages are presented including entering-profession crisis,revival of career,professional starting,professional maturity and policy perplexity.Combining teaching and research organically is the only way of a teachers′ professional development.
