摘要
通过对大学生网上评教的循踪调研发现,学生对教学水平确实低的教师判断准确,但教学水平较高的教师不一定获得学生好评;由于课程性质、师生关系等因素的影响,同一教师在不同学期可能存在相差悬殊的学生评价;受学生欢迎的教师都是相似的,不受学生欢迎的教师各有各的问题。当前,必须坚持学生评教的主体地位,完善网上评教制度,实现由重视分数向重视评语的转变,由三级指标向二级指标的转变。
The tracking research on the online assessment of teaching of college students shows that students can make the right judgments to the really low level teachers but not to the high level teachers,that the students may make very different assessments to the same teachers in different terms because of the nature of curriculum and the relationship between teachers and students etc.,and that the teachers who loved by students are similar but who not loved have their own weaknesses.At present,the dominant position of college students should be upheld in the assessment of teaching,and the system of online assessment of teaching should be improved.The stress should be shifted from scores to comments,from three levels to two levels.
