摘要
运用粗糙集定权方法对学生评教有效性影响因素进行分析,结果显示:影响因素的作用差异显著,教师主观因素与学生因素的影响程度强,教师客观因素、课程因素及管理因素的影响程度弱;影响因素呈现一定的规律性,教师职业道德及教学能力起主导性影响,学生学习动机起关键性影响。为此,高校须从教师教学素养的提升、学生学习兴趣的培养及学生评教的宣传与引导等方面,增强学生评教工作的客观性、科学性与有效性。
Using rough set method to analyze factors influencing effectiveness of students' evaluation of teaching, the results show that the difference in the role of influencing factors is significant, and the subjective factors of teachers and students factors display a strong influence, and the objective factors of teachers, course factors and management factors contribute to a weak influence. Besides, regularity is manifested in the influencing factors with teachers' professional ethics and teaching skills as leading influencing factors and students learning motivation as a key influencing factor. Therefore, university should make efforts to upgrade the objectiveness, rationality and effectiveness of teaching evaluation from the perspectives of the professionalism of teachers, the interest development of students and the guidance of students' evaluation.
