摘要
根据选矿生产过程的特点,结合对国内外选矿自动化技术的研究情况,论证选矿过程智能化对我国选矿生产流程的必要性。对带有自学习功能的智能化选矿控制系统的结构进行了设计,并介绍了在此结构上利用多变量统计过程监控技术进行磨矿过程运行状态的建模与识别工作。
The typical flow sheet of the mineral processing and the typical automation technologies in domestic and overseas are introduced in this article.The necessity of starting the research of processing intelligent studying and controlling method in Chinese mineral processing is discussed.A system configuration with self-studying function in the plant DCS is designed,the modeling on using the multivariate statistical process monitoring technology to extract the milling processing knowledge,and identifying operation of abnormal production and guiding the production operation are introduced.
