摘要
磨矿作业是选矿厂生产过程中的重要环节,而磨机是磨矿作业中重要设备。磨机的控制主要是对其给料量进行控制,给料量控制不合理或者控制不及时,都会造成磨机运行的不稳定。磨机的控制机理复杂,非线性、滞后性、大惯性等特点使得传统的PID控制器不能对其给料量进行准确控制。针对上述问题,该项研究采用了SOA优化算法,把该算法与PID控制器结合起来,通过SOA优化算法进行PID参数优化整定,实现磨机给料控制的实时调节,使磨机给料量能准确地跟踪设定值。系统仿真结果表明,SOA优化算法的使用,在很大程度上减小了系统的超调量,使系统的稳态误差减小,从而使磨机给矿波动性减小,提高了系统的稳定性。
Grinding operation is an important link in the production process of the concentrating mill.The control of the mill is mainly to control the feeding quantity,and the control of the feeding quantity is unreasonable or the control is not in time,which will cause the instability of the mill.The control mechanism of the mill is complicated,nonlinear,hysteresis,large inertia and so on,which makes the traditional PID controller can not accurately control the feed quantity.Aiming at the above problems,the SOA optimization algorithm was introduced,the algorithm was combined with PID controller,and PID controller parameters were optimized by SOA algorithm,to achieve real-time control of the regulation of feed mill,to make the mill feed accurately track the set value.Simulation results show that,by using the SOA optimization algorithm,the overshoot of the system is greatly reduced,the steady-state error of the system is reduced,thereby therefore the volatility of ore mill is reduced,and the stability of the system is improved.
