摘要
针对海南石碌式富铁矿的特性 ,制定了适合于海南某小型选铁厂的“两段弱磁一段强磁”简单工艺流程 ,应用 SLon- 1 75 0立环脉动高梯度磁选机来处理该矿的弱磁性矿物 ,获得了良好的生产工艺指标。该工艺不仅给该厂带来较好的经济效益 。
In the light of characteristics of Shilu-type rich iron ores in Hainan province,a simple process of 'two-stage low intensity magnetic separation—one stage high intensity magnetic separation' for a small-scale iron ore dressing plant was worked out,and SLon-1750 vertical ring pulsating high gradient magnetic separator was successfully used to separate the weak magnetic minerals.The good production process indexes were obtained.This process not only brings good economic benefit to the plant,but also is available for reference to the similar small-scale iron mines.
