摘要
以某热轧厂平整机为例,介绍平整机电液伺服系统压力闭环的组成及原理,分析系统各组成环节,分别建立其数学模型;并利用Simulink分析该控制系统的静、动态特性。分析结果表明:该液压控制系统稳定、可靠,满足设计要求。
The composition and theory of pressure elosed loop of eleetro-hydraulie servo system of skin pass mill were introduced. The components of this system were analyzed and their mathematical models were established. The static and dynamie eharaeteristies of this system were analyzed by Simulink. The results show that the hydraulic control system is stable, reliable and meets the design requirements.
