摘要
为解决现有实验台实验项目综合性不强等问题,满足现代化实验教学及科研的要求,基于机电一体化系统设计理论,在现有工业滴丸机基本机械框架基础上,提出并研制机电液一体化综合实验台。采用机械设计理论对整体框架进行设计,选用精确控制液压阀组成液压控制模块。
To improve comprehensiveness of experimental items for experimental platform, and satisfy requests of modem experi- ments for teaching and scientific research, a kind of integration of mechatronies and hydraulic experiment platform was proposed and developed according to meehatronics system design theory and skeleton frame of pill dropping machine. The skeleton frame was designed by using theory of mechanical design, advanced hydraulic valves were applied to form hydraulic control module.
