文章介绍了在管加工工程中常用的升降托辊机构,通过升降托辊机构的运动分析和力学分析,推导出控制托辊升降距离的液压行程的计算公式,分析影响行程设计的各参数的大小,并根据实践经验给出有关参数的取值范围,确定液压拉力的大小。
The paper introduces the common depressing roll apparatus in pipe manufacture engineering, analyses the motion and the mechanical state, derives the calculation formula of hydraulic piston travel about the distance to control the idler, analyses the parameters on stroke, gives the value range based on practical experience, then determines the range of hydraulic pressure tension.
