摘要
职称评聘既是教师学术能力的体现,又关系到其个人的经济利益,同时职称工作又关系到学校"工学结合"人才培养模式改革,是学校建设"双师"结构教学团队的关键环节。分析了高职院校职称评聘的引导作用,探讨高职院校师资队伍内涵建设的措施,以实现"工学结合"人才培养模式的目标。
The evaluation on professional titles not only embodies teachers' academic level, but it also influences their earnings. It also involves in the reform of "work-study" training mode and plays a key role in constructing "dual-qualified" teachers' team in colleges. The paper analyzes the guiding role of evaluation on professional titles, and proposes measures for staff construction in vocational colleges, in order to achieve the goal of "work-study" training mode.
