摘要
该文就小儿腹腔镜腹股沟疝手术的手术方式和并发症进行了综述。在手术方式方面经腹腔外内环口缝扎法目前最常用。为了减少复发,人们发明了内环口脐襞覆盖术和内环口双重结扎术等方法。手术并发症主要有脐部切口疝、术后疝复发、疝囊积气、疝囊积液、腹壁血管出血和内环口线结异物感等。
This article summaried the surgical methods and complications of laparoscopic surgery for children inguinal hernia.It is the most popular for laparoscopic completely extraperitoneal patent processus vaginalis closure at present.In order to reduce the incidence of postoperative hernia recurrence,it was devised to cover the ring with umbilical fold and to ligate internal ring doublely.The complications mainly include navel incision hernia,postoperative hernia recurrence,hernia purse inflation,hernia purse hydrocele,abdominal wall bleeding and uncomfort in ring ligation.
