摘要
目的探讨双尖缝合针在腹腔镜下腹股沟斜疝疝囊高位结扎中的价值.方法双尖缝合针自内环口的内侧进针,自上向下,过疝环口下方向外缝合出皮肤,由疝环口的外侧腹膜外向疝环口的上方缝合,将针尾尖自皮肤的切口处穿出,出针带出缝合线结扎疝环口.结果本组32例均成功完成手术,手术时间5～25 min,平均15 min,无并发症.32例随访6个月～1年,平均10个月,无一例复发.结论双尖缝合针结扎创伤小、操作简单、缝合疝环口完全.
Objective To investigate the application of suture needle with double tips in laparoscopic high ligation of the sac in the management of inguinal indirect hernia. Methods A suture needle with double tips was passed, from without downward, into the site medial to the internal ring, through the underlying tissues of the hernial ring, and out of the skin outwards. The suture was completed from the lateral extraperitoneal to the upward part of the hernial ring. The needle end was passed out of the skin, together with the thread for the ligation of the hernial ring. Results The operation was successfully accomplished in all the 32 cases. The operation time was 5-25min （mean, 15min）. No complications happened. Follow-up for 6-12 months （mean, 10 months） in the 32 cases found no recurrence. Conclusions Laparoscopic high ligation of the sac using the suture needle with double tips gives advantages of minimal invasion, simplicity of performance, and complete closure of the hernial ring.
