摘要
[目的]探讨不同应激状态对大鼠胃排空及胃动素(MOT)、胃泌素(GAS)的影响。[方法]Wistar大鼠32只,随机分成空白对照组、高强度运动应激组、心理应激组、高强度运动应激+心理应激组,每组8只。测定大鼠在高强度运动应激及心理应激后的胃排空及GAS、MOT的含量。[结果]与空白对照组比较,高强度运动应激组及心理应激大鼠的胃排空、GAS、MOT均明显下降(P<0.01或P<0.05);与高强度运动应激组比较,心理应激组及高强度运动+心理应激组胃排空率、GAS、MOT下降更明显(P<0.01或P<0.05);高强度运动+心理应激组与心理应激组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]高强度运动应激及心理应激均能引起胃排空率、GAS、MOT水平下降。高强度运动+心理应激对胃排空率、GAS、MOT的影响更大。
[Objective] To study the effect of high-intensity exercise stress and psychological stress on gastric emptying and motilin(MOT),gastrin(GAS)in rats.[Methods]Thirty-two Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups:control group,high-intensity exercise stress group,psychological stress group,high-intensity exercise plus psychological stress group.Gastric emptying ratios,GAS and MOT contents were measured after high-intensity of exercise and psychological stress.[Results]Compared with the control group.high-intensity exercise stress and psychological stress groups showed significantly decreased gastric emptying ratio and GAS and MOT contents(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05);compared with the high-intensity exercise stress group,gastric emptying ratio and GAS and MOT contents in psychological stress group and high-intensity exercise plus psychological stress group decreased more significantly(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05);there was no significant difference between high-intensity exercise plus psychological stress group and psychological stress group.[Conclusion]Both high-intensity exercise stress and psychological stress could decrease the gastric emptying rate,GAS and MOT contents,and the latter's effect was more significant.
