摘要
思想政治教育对运动员事业心、责任心、道德水平等都产生着重要的影响,当前运动队思想政治教育的有效性还未能充分发挥出来,影响因素主要有思想政治教育的主体、客体和载体等,为了提高运动员思想政治教育的有效性,需要从三个范畴同时入手,要加强教练员队伍思想道德建设,充分把握运动员特点,坚持思想教育和科学文化教育的动态结合,采用新渠道和新方式加强对运动员的思想教育。
Ideological and political education has an important influence on athletes＇ dedication,responsibility,and ethics and so on.The effectiveness of ideological and political education to current sports team hasn＇t yet fully played out.The factors which influence the effectiveness of ideological and political education are subject,object and vehicle.In order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education,we need to start from the three areas at the same time,we must strengthen the ideological and moral construction Coaches,players take full advantage of the characteristics of ideological education and adhere to the dynamic combination of education,science and culture,introduction of new channels and new ways to strengthen the ideological education of athletes.
