摘要
服务型政府是我国行政体制改革的目标。公务员的素质建设对构建服务型政府至关重要。服务型政府不仅要求公务员具有服务意识,而且要求具有服务能力。因此,我们应从进口、管理和监督三个环节加强公务员制度建设,为创建服务型政府提供必要的条件和保障。
A service-oriented government is the objevtive of reforming system of administration.It is crucial to construct a service-oriented government for the cultivation of civil servants＇ quality.A service-oriented government demands civil servants to possess the service awareness as well as service ability.Therefore,we should strengthen the construction of civil servants system in enrollment,management and supervision in order to found a service-oriented government with necessary conditions and insurance.
