摘要
教育评价是教育过程不可缺少的重要环节。依据全面发展的教育方针建立的"三好学生"评选制度,是具有中国特色的学生评价制度,对我国促进青少年的全面健康发展起着重要的示范引导作用。调查显示,大多数中小学师生肯定"三好学生"制度的重要作用。但评选过程存在着功利化的诸多问题,影响其在教育中积极作用的发挥。解决其弊端在于改革,在于建立科学的教育激励机制,包括:确立科学的评价观;建立科学的评价标准;建立以"三好学生"的评选为基础,多种个性化奖项相结合的评价制度;建立民主、公正、公开的评选程序,使评选过程成为学生自我教育、自我激励的过程;以科学的教育激励制度遏制教育功利化倾向。
Educational assessment is an indispensable part of the educational process. The assessment system for "model students" based on the educational principle of all-round development, a system with Chi- nese characteristics, is of exemplary significance for guiding students towards their all-round and healthy development in our country, of which a great majority of primary and middle school students are affirmative, as is shown in surveys. However, there are in the selection process various problems like utilitarianism, which have affected its positive role in education. The remedy for the defects lies in reforms and in the establish- ment of the scientific mechanism for education and encouragement, inclusive of defining the scientific notion of assessment, establishing the scientific assessment standards, setting up the assessment system based on the selection of model students with the integration of numerous individualized awards, and instituting the democratic, fair and open selection process so as to make the selection process become a process of self-education and self-encouragement for students as well as to hinder the utilitarianism trend in education by way of the scientific mechanism of education and encouragement.
