摘要
Foxp3特异性表达于胸腺、脾脏和淋巴结等淋巴器官和组织中的CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Treg)表面,在诱导CD4+CD25+Treg发育、分化与功能发挥中起重要的作用,它通过调控Treg的转录和蛋白表达参与机体稳态机体,在感染免疫、肿瘤免疫及自身免疫病中发挥重要作用。本文就Foxp3分子结构、功能及其在免疫抑制中的作用机制作一综述。
Foxp3 is located in the X chromosome,belonging to a new member of the Forkhead/winged helix family that regulates the activation and expression of the target genes by the link of the forkhead domain and DNA specific sites.Foxp3 is specifically expressed on the surface of CD4+CD25+Treg in the thymus,spleen,lymph nodes,lymphoid organs and other tissues.Foxp3 is a master control factor for the infection,tumor immunity and autoimmunity through regulating Treg transcription and protein expression.This review summarizes molecular structure and function of Foxp3 and its mechanism of immunosuppression.
