摘要
探讨太极拳对练对大学生心理健康的影响。运用教学实验法。结果发现:经过16周的太极拳对练教学后,大学生的人际关系敏感、焦虑、抑郁、敌对、偏执因子症状维度表现显著性降低;大学生的躯体化、强迫和恐怖因子症状维度也有明显性的降低;大学生的精神病性因子症状维度也有所下降。结论:练习太极拳对练能有效的改善大学生的心理健康。
The effect of Taijiquan sparring on psychological health of university students was experimentally studied for 16 weeks.It was found that the factor symptom dimensions of university students on interpersonal relationship sensitivity,anxiety,depression,hostility and paranoid,as well as those of enforcement and horror,were remarkably reduced.The factor symptom dimension of mental disease was also reduced.It is concluded that Taijiquan sparring can effectively improve the psychological health of university students.
