摘要
在食用菌生产中,由于栽培料后期失水,因而影响了出菇。为了提高产量,必须对栽培料进行补水。以何适2000、特平抗黑、H600平菇品种为试材,用玉米作为培养料,在相同条件下接种,研究培养料中添加保水剂对菌丝生长、出菇时间及平菇产量的影响。结果表明:培养料添加保水剂后,菌丝生长较好,出菇时间提前,污染率降低,并且能减少栽培过程中的浇水次数,显著提高平菇产量。其中,特平抗黑品种使用保水剂效果最好,其菌丝生长最旺盛,污染率最低,产量最高。
The water loss of edible fungi compost in the end influences the harvest.To increase the yield,the compost should be added water.Using oyster mushroom varieties Heshi 2000,Tepingkanghei and H600 as materials,and using corn as compost,the effects of compost adding water retaining agent on the mycelial growth,harvesting time and yield are studied.The results show that the compost adding water retaining agent could improve the mycelial growth,harvest in advance,decrease the contamination rate,reduce the watering times,and increase the yield significatily.The effects on Tepingkanghei was the best with the most vigorous growth,the lowest contamination rate and the highest yield.
