摘要
为改善Kevlar纤维在三元乙丙橡胶中的使用性能,用化学方法对Kevlar纤维进行键合C==C的表面处理。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱、扫描电镜和X射线光电子能谱对表面改性进行鉴定,并进行纤维处理前后纤维抗拉伸强度和绝热层配方试验。实验结果表明,纤维经过表面改性,拉伸强度下降15%,其与三元乙丙橡胶制得的绝热层力学性能有显著提高。
In order to improve the application performance of Kevlar fiber in ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM)rubber,the surface treatment of bonding C==C for Kevlar fiber was carried out by using chemical method.The surface modification was identified by FT-IR spectrum,scanning electron microscopy and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The tensile strength and heat-insulation layer formulation tests of Kevlar fibers before and after treatment were carried out.The test results show that the tensile strength of Kevlar fiber after surface modification decreases by 15%,and the mechanical properties of heat-insulation layer prepared from Kevlar fiber and EPDM rubber significantly increase.
