聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺-芳醚共聚物的合成与成纤性能 被引量:5

Synthesis of Poly-p-Phenylene Terephthalamide-Aryl Ether Copolymer and Its Fiber-Forming Property

摘要 通过共聚的方法将第三单体4,4′-二氨基二苯醚引入聚对苯二甲酰对苯二胺链中从而改善了二元聚合物的溶解能力,当第三单体添加量占二胺类单体物质的量总数达到40%时,制得的聚合物ηinh为2.5 dL/g,此时聚合溶液由凝胶体系变为透明均匀稠厚的浆液状态,这与X射线衍射(XRD)观察其结晶状态的结果相一致。利用红外对共聚物的结构进行表征,热重分析(TG-DTG)研究表明共聚物在460℃才开始分解,最大分解速率对应温度为545℃。通过沉析法结合扫描电镜对制得的共聚物进行成纤形态观察,结果表明,共聚物在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)/H2O为30/70的凝固浴体系中具有良好的成纤能力。 The 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl is added to change the structure of poly(p-phenylene terephthalamide)(hereinafter abbreviated to PPTA) in order to improve the solubility.When the 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl content was up to 40mol% of the diamine,the inherent viscosity of copolymer was 2.5 dL/g,and the solution was changed from gel system to well distributed heavy-bodied state,which was consisted with the result of X-ray diffraction(XRD) studies.The structure of the copolymer was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrum(FT-IR).The thermal stability was studied by means of thermogravimetry(TG-DTG),the result show that the decomposition temperature of the copolymer is 460 ℃,and the rapid decomposition temperature is 545 ℃.Method of coagulation bath precipitation combined with scanning electron microscope(SEM) was used to observe the morphology of copolymer,and the copolymer performs good fiber-forming property when the volume ratio of N,N-dimethylacetamide(DMAC) to H2O was 30∶70.
