摘要
利用机械共混,冷压成型,烧结等工艺制备了四种聚四氟乙烯复合材料,并利用MRH-3型摩擦磨损试验机考察了载荷200N,滑动速度2m/s下复合材料的摩擦磨损性能。采用JSM-6700扫描电子显微镜观察分析了转移膜形貌及磨损机理。实验结果表明,PEEK、AF、PI的加入都能有效地提高PTFE的压缩强度和压缩模量。10%PEEK/PTFE复合材料的平均摩擦系数最小,5%PI/10%PEEK/PTFE复合材料耐磨性最好,其耐磨性较纯PTFE提高了630倍。
Three different polymers reinforced PTFE composites were prepared by mechanical blending-molding- sintering method. The tribological and wear behavior of the composites sliding under 200N, 2 m/s were evaluated on a MRH-3 friction and wear testing machine. The surface morphology of transfer film was inspected by scanning electronic mi- croseopy(SEM). The results showed that with the addition of PEEK, AF and PI, the compressive strength and compression modulus were all improved. The 10% PEEK/PTFE composite exhibited the lowest friction coefficient, and 5% PI/10% PEEK/PTFE composite showed the best antiwear performance,it was 630 times better than the pure PTFE.
