摘要
近20年来,我国医疗卫生总体水平得到了改善,人均寿命得到了大幅度的提高,由1981年的67.9岁,增至2005年的73.0岁,人力资本得到了的一定的提高。但是在我国医疗卫生总体水平得到提高的同时,卫生分布的不均衡现象日益突出,造成我国城乡人口健康的严重差异,影响我国总体经济的发展。通过对比我国城乡人口健康差异的现状,分析造成这一现象的原因,最后结合分析的原因,提出缩小城乡人口健康差异,关键在于合理配置卫生资源,尤其是完善我国农村新型合作医疗制度。
Over the past 20 years,the overall of our medical and health standards have improved,the average life span have significantly increased from 67.9 in 1981 to 73.0 in 2005,human capital also have improved.But as the general level of our medical and health have enhanced,the phenomenon of unbalanced distribution is becoming increasingly conspicuous,this causes seriously health differences between china＇s urban and rural population,and it influences overall economic development.In order to reduce gap between urban and rural population＇s health,the reason was analyzed in this paper firstly,and then it is proposed that health resources should be rationally allocated,especially the new type of rural cooperative medical care system should be perfect.
