摘要
采用石英毛细管色谱柱，以正辛醇为内标，用程序升温的方法，建立了按摩乳中３ 种主要成分的定量分析方法。操作简便。
A method for determination of camphor, menthol and wintergreen oil in massage lotion by GC was established. The capillary column of quartz and n octyl alcohol internal standard were used. The column temperature was risen from 100 ℃ to 210 ℃ by programmed temperature. The amounts of the three ingredients in massage lotion were determined and satisfactory results were obtained. Correlation coefficient r is good in linear range.
