采用水蒸气蒸馏法从山柰中提取挥发油。采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析 ,找出最佳分析条件 ,用归一化法测定其质量分数 ,并用气相色谱 -质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。共鉴定了34种成分 ,占挥发油总成分的 91
The essential oils in kaempferia galanga L are extracted by the steam distillation method, and determined by GC MS. Various kinds of capillary column are tested and the optimum conditions for analysis are chosen. Thirty four constituents, amounting to 91%, of the kaempferia galanga L are characterized and determined.
