摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从甘松中提取挥发油．采用不同类型的毛细管柱进行分析，找出最佳分析条件，用归一化法测定其百分含量。
The essential oil was extracted from Nardostachys chinensis Batal by using steam distillery and analyzed with the the different kinds of GC capillary.The optimum separation and analytical conditions were researched,The amount of the components from the essential oil was determinated by monoliration method.The separated components were identified by GC-MS.48 components occupying 82% of the total essential oil were separated and identified.
