摘要
目的:研究深冷处理对齿科支架用钴铬合金抗弯强度的影响。方法:将10个钴铬合金试件随机分为2组:循环深冷回火组及对照组,每组5个,分别进行处理。在万能试验机上测定各试件的抗弯强度。每组随机选取一个试件在扫描电镜下进行金相观测。结果:循环深冷回火处理能使支架用钴铬合金中的柱状晶体区转变为排列整齐大小一致的等轴晶体区,并使晶界上析出的碳化物更为细小均匀,循环深冷回火组的抗弯强度与对照组之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循环深冷回火处理能提高支架用钴铬合金抗弯强度。
Objective:To investigate the effects of cryogenic treatment on the bending strength of the Co-Cr alloy.Methods: 10 samples were divided into two groups,including the control group and cycle cryogenic plus tempering treatment group.Each group has 5 samples.A universal testing machine was used to examine the bending strength of the samples.SEM images were used to analyze the microstructures of the alloy.Results: For Co-Cr alloy,the bending strength was effectively increased after cycle cryogenic plus tempering treatment(P0.05).The SEM images showed that the cartridge area was changed into symmetry area,and more tiny carbonide separated out all over the alloy.Conclusions: The results suggested that the bending strength of the Co-Cr alloy could be improved by cycle cryogenic plus tempering treatment.
