摘要
对 60Si2Mn冷冲模具钢采用常规淬火、高温淬火及淬火后深冷处理等热处理工艺进行强韧化对比试验,结果表明,经常规淬火深冷处理后其强韧性远超过高温淬火工艺,是一种实用性很强的强韧化工艺。
The effect of heat treatment crafts, common quenching, high temperature quenching, sub-zero treatment after quenching and so on,on strengthening and toughing properties of cold-punched mould steel was studied. The results show that the obdurability of 60Si2Mn treated by sub-zero treatment after quenching is better than the craft of high temperature quenching. So sub-zero treatment after quenching is a practical strengthening and toughing craft.
