摘要
本文应用金相观察,X线衍射技术,XPS技术及力学性能测试技术,通过对纯钛表面等离子渗氮后材料的研究分析,发现该材料表面形成一层以ε-Ti2N相为主含氮层,力学性能发生改变,700±50℃×(2~4)hrs为较适当的渗氮条件。
Titanium samples, treated with N2/H2 gas mixture were analyzed using metallograph,x-ray diffraction,XPS and mechanical performances measurementment techniques.It is discovered that there is a N- containing layer dominated by-Ti2N Phase forming on the surface of the testing materials. 700±50℃× (2 ̄4)hrs are appropriate plasma nitrided conditions.
