摘要
目的建立皮肤放射性损伤的动物模型。方法采用直线加速器发射的β射线,对不同照射剂量组造成的皮肤损伤进行对比,通过病理切片以及电镜的观察,研究皮肤放射性损伤的造模方法。结果 30 Gy剂量组光镜下有明显改变并有凋亡小体形成;电镜结果显示细胞核固缩明显,细胞濒临死亡。结论采用直线加速器发射的β射线(照射剂量30 Gy),能造成大鼠皮肤辐射损伤的模型,方法简单可行,效果可靠。
Objective To establish animal models of radiation-induced skin injury.Methods We compared the skin damages induced by different doses of β-ray irradiation emitted by linear accelerator.The best modeling method was screened by observation of skin pathological damage under light microscope and electron microscope.Results Significant pathological changes and apoptotic body formation were found under the light microscope in 30 Gy dosage group,and the results under electron microscope showed obvious karyopyknosis and dying cells.Conclusion β-ray(radiation dose being 30 Gy) emitted by linear accelerator could cause the skin injury in rats.The method is simple and feasible,and the effect is reliable.
