摘要
目的探讨成批烧伤伤员卫勤组织与救治方法,以提高抢救成功率。方法对我院2000年至2009年收治及参与救治的16批178例成批烧伤案例的经验和体会进行总结。结果 16批178例伤员中治愈172例,治愈率96.6%。结论提高成批烧伤的救治成功率不是单纯的医疗工作,而是由组织指挥、行政协调和后勤保障等组成的系统工程,需要将卫勤组织与救治方法有效结合,才能提高救治成功率。
Objective Inquire into the effective medical service and treatment to mass burn.Methods The experience of 16 batches of mass burns（178 cases） in ten years was reviewed.Results 172 in the 178 cases survived.The recovery rate was 96.6%.Conclusion The treatment to the mass burn casualties is not only a simple curative activity,but also the engineering system consisting of command,coordination and rear service.
