摘要
职业适应性水平是衡量高校毕业生职业生活是否和谐的最重要指标。高校毕业生的职业适应性是指个体对职业技能、环境、人际关系及职业心理等方面的适应过程和适应结果,是人与职业的相互协调和有机统一的过程。而提升高校毕业生的职业适应性,受其自身职业竞争力、社会支持网和家庭阶层背景的影响。因此,要提升高校毕业生的职业适应性,就必须增强自身核心竞争力、加强学校职业教育的实效性,构建与拓展社会支持网络。
The vocational adaptability level is the most important indicator to measure whether college graduates＇ life is harmonious.The vocational adaptability refers to the adaptive process and result of the subjects to skill,environment,interpersonal relations and vocational psychology.It is a process of the coordination and organic unity of the people and vocation.It is effected by the vocational competence,social support net and family background.Therefore,to improve the adaptability,the core competitiveness should strengthened,the effectiveness of vocational education should be enhanced,and the social support network should be built and expanded.
