摘要 [目的]寻求白刺扦插繁殖的最佳成活条件。[方法]以白刺枝条为试材,选取沙藏、基质、激素和浓度(处理时间)4个因素,通过正交试验对白刺扦插繁殖生根效应进行研究,测定各处理插条根部POD、PPO和IAAO活性。[结果]白刺扦插繁殖根系生根类型为皮部生根型,根系散生。各因素对插条愈伤组织诱导率影响依次为:基质>激素>浓度>沙藏,最利于提高插条愈伤组织诱导率的栽培条件为:未沙藏-珍珠岩基质-NAA-1.0 mg/g(30 s)。各因素对生根率影响依次为:激素>基质>浓度>沙藏;3种激素中以IBA为最优;3种基质中以纯砂基质为最优;最有利于插条生根的栽培条件为:未沙藏-纯砂基质-IBA-1.0 mg/g(30 s)。对POD、PPO和IAAO3种氧化酶活性影响最大的因素均为激素。[结论]白刺插条根部相关氧化酶活性与其生根率之间存在一定的相关性。 [Objective] The study aimed to seek for the optimum survival conditions for cutting propagation of Nitraia schoberi L..[Method] With the branches of N.schoberi as the tested materials,4 factors of sand storage,matrix,hormone and concentration(processing time) were selected conduct the study the effects of these factors on the rooting in the cutting propagation of N.schoberi through the orthogonal test.The POD,PPO and IAAO activity in cuttings in each treatment were also determined.[Result] The rooting type for the cutting propagation of N.schoberi was skin type of rooting,with scattered roots.The effects of each factor on the callus induction rate of cuttings were in order as follows: matrix hormone concentration sand storage,and the cultivation conditions that were mostly beneficial to increasing the callus induction rate of cuttings were as follows: non sand storage-pearlstone matrix-NAA-1.0 mg/g(30 s).The effects of each factor on the rooting rate of cuttings were in order as follows: hormone matrix concentration sand storage;IBA was the optimum in 3 hormones and the pure sand matrix was the optimum in 3 matrixes;the cultivation conditions that were mostly beneficial to rooting of cuttings were as follows: non sand storage-pure sand matrix-IBT-1.0 mg/g(30 s).The factor that had greatest effect on 3 kinds of oxidase including POD,PPO and IAAO was the hormone.[Conclusion] There was a certain correlation between the related oxidase activities in the root of N.schoberi cuttings and its rooting rate.
