摘要
对梨树茎尖培养的方法和在培养过程中诱导分化、增殖培养和生根培养各个环节中激素种类和浓度、不同培养基及培养条件对茎尖培养成活率的影响进行了分析 ,并概述了茎尖培养在梨病毒脱除中的应用现状 ,提出了存在问题和今后的研究方向。
This article summarized methods of pear meristem culture, and effects of different phytohormone kinds and concentrations, different culture media and conditions on surviving rates of pear in vitro plants. The application situation of pear meristem culture in pear virus elimination was also introduced. The problems existed in this area and the future research aims were analyzed in this paper.
