摘要
直井钻井过程中的井斜问题一直没有较好的解决,传统的方法效率低下,而先进的自动垂钻工具成本又过高。对双稳钻具组合的力学性能进行了分析,通过设计具有切削功能的扩眼稳定器,并优化各稳定器的位置,提出了带有扩眼稳定器的双稳防斜钻具组合。经过试验测试,设计的扩眼稳定器在扩眼钻进过程中运行良好。理论分析表明,这种由小钻头、扩眼稳定器以及普通稳定器组成的扩眼稳定器防斜组合利用弯矩降斜原理,可以产生比常规钟摆钻具组合大数倍的降斜力,因此可以在较大钻压下达到防斜打快的目的。
In the drilling process of straight hole,the problem of hole deviation has not so far been solved satisfactorily.The traditional method was characterized by a low efficiency and the costs of the advanced automatic vertical drilling tool were too high.The mechanical properties of the bistable drilling assembly were analyzed.Through a design of the reaming stabilizer with cutting function,the bistable deviation control drilling assembly with the reaming stabilizer was produced by optimizing the position of stabilizers.An experimental testing indicated that the designed reaming stabilizer operated well in the process of reaming drilling.The theoretical analysis showed that,using the principle of reducing deviation through bending moment,this reaming and anti-deviation assembly consisting of small drill bit,reaming stabilizer and ordinary stabilizer could produce an angle dropping force several times larger than that produced by the ordinary pendulum assembly.Therefore,the purpose of deviation control and fast drilling at relatively high bit weight can be achieved.
