摘要
在大位移井钻井中,因摩阻太大导致不能有效地给钻头施加足够钻压和扭矩,安装钻压推加器可以有效地解决这一问题,从而使钻井过程继续进行并获得进尺。介绍了钻压推加器的结构及工作原理,通过对钻压推加器钻压推加力的计算、分类以及在国外的应用实例和效果等方面较详细的介绍,表明钻压推加力的大小受到推加器结构参数和多个钻井参数的影响,标准型、轻型和串级型3种推加器的推加力能够满足大多数钻井施工的钻压要求,合理地应用钻压推加器钻具组合可改善钻井性能,提高机械钻速,降低钻井费用。
When drilling extended reach well, it is difficult to bring efficient drill pressure and torque because of great friction, Install drill pressure pusher can effectively solve this problem. Introduced structure and operational principle of drilling pressure pusher, pushing force calculation, classify and applications in external were also introduced. The intension of force add on bit are affect by structure of pusher and other drilling parameters, most drilling pressure can be fulfilled by normalized, light and cascade pusher, reasonable use of drilling pressure pusher can improve drilling performance, and enhance drilling rate, decrease drilling cost.
