新疆油田东012井钻井工程方案设计与研究

摘要 东012井是新疆油田在2009年部署的一口重点风险探井,该区块钻井较少,可参考的邻井资料不多,且在风城组地层可能存在异常高压。从井身结构设计、下部钻具组合形式、钻井液性能控制以及钻井提速措施等几个方面简要介绍了该井的钻井工程设计,为新疆油田该区块后续钻井的设计和施工提供了技术支持。 Well Dong 012 was a key risk exploration well deployed by Xinjiang Oilfield in 2009,less wells was drilled in this block,the less date of adjacent wells can be used for reference,and it may exist abnormal high pressure in Fengcheng Formation. The drilling engineering plan design technology is introduced from several aspects,such as casing program design,the form of the down hole tools,the control of drilling mud performance and the raising drilling speed,it can provide technical support and experience for the design and construction of the subsquent drilling in the block of Xinjiang Oilfield.
