摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校酒店管理专业的重要环节,然而,在实习过程中,学生也遇到了许多问题,产生了很大的心理负担和压力。文章以顺德职业技术学院为例,分析实习生的压力来源和影响,并提出缓解实习生压力的对策建议。
The internship is a very important link in the chain in hotel management at the polytechnic college level.However,the students also encounter a lot of psychological problems and stresses during the process of internship.This article takes Shunde Polytechnic College for example and analyzes causes of stress and its influence on students by example of Shunde Polytechnic,and put forward some niche-targeting measures,aiming to provide reference for use during the hotel management internship.
