摘要
台湾高雄餐旅大学在促进学生职业化的教学实践中,融汇东西方教学理念与技巧,成功开辟了不同层级职业人才的培育路径。其主要办学特色:以三明治式的课程设置实现对学生知识、技能、管理课程学习的逻辑划分和科学规划;以丰富的教学资源和理实一体教学环境,激发学生学习热情;以自始至终的劳作教育、服务活动和实习培养学生的服务意识、职业习惯和职业情操;以赏识教育和情商培育让学生充满自信;把教学活动设计成旅游产品,把教学过程演化成游客体验,使工、学做到无缝对接。
The Hospitality and Tourism University in Kaohsiung of Taiwan has created the cultivation pathways for professionals of different levels by integrating western and estern teaching views and skills, and its main school-running characteristics are: to realize logic division and scientific planning for students' knowledge, skills and management courses learning by sandwich curriculum setting; to inspire the learning enthusiasm of students by abundant teaching resources and superior teaching environment integrating theory with practice; to cultivate students' serving sense, professional habits and professional sentiment by labor education, service activities and practices from the first to last; to cultivate students' confidence by appreciation education and emotion education; to realize seamless linkage of working and learning by designing teaching activities into tourism products and changing teaching process into practical experience.
