摘要
铜精矿样品经盐酸和硝酸溶解,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定样品溶液中痕量铀的含量。优化了仪器工作参数及酸的用量。铀的质量浓度在40.0μg.L-1范围以内与其信号值呈线性关系,方法的检出限(3S/N)为0.012 ng.g-1。此法用于铜精矿中铀含量的测定,加标回收率在98.6%~99.4%之间。
Sample of copper concentrate was dissolved with HCl and HNO3,and the content of uranium in the sample solution was determined by ICP-MS.Working parameters of the ICP-MS instrument and amounts of acids used for dissolving the sample were optimized.Linear relationship between values of analytical signal and mass concentration of uranium was kept in the range within 40.0 μg·L-1,with detection limit(3S/N) of 0.012 ng·g-1.The proposed method was applied to the determination of uranium in sample of copper concentrate,and test for recovery was made by standard addition method,giving values of recovery in the range of 98.6%-99.4%.
