双氧水辅助消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定硫化矿物中锗 被引量:2

Determination of germanium in sulfide minerals by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry after hydrogen peroxide assisted digestion

摘要 采用双氧水-硝酸-氢氟酸的消解体系,利用双氧水在低酸度下的强氧化性,使硫化矿物样品消解完全,优化了消解试剂用量等条件,结合电感耦合等离子质谱法建立了测定硫化矿物中锗量的分析方法。使用Rh作为内标校正基体效应和基线漂移,矫正曲线相关系数不小于0.999,方法检出限为0.006 mg/kg,测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于1.0%(n=6),对国家标准样品GBW 07168(GSO^(-7))、GBW 07163(GSO^(-2))及GBW 07165(GSO^(-4))中锗进行分析,测定结果与推荐值相符。该方法适用于硫化矿物样品中锗的测定。 A method was established for quick determination of germanium in sulfide minerals by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The digestion system of hydrogen peroxide-nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid was adopted to complete digestion of sulfide mineral samples,and the conditions such as the amount of digestion reagents were optimized.Correction for matrix effects and baseline drift using Rh as an internal standard,the correlation coefficients of the calibration curve for germanium was not less than 0.999,with the detection limit of 0.006 mg/kg.The national standard samples of GSO^(-7),GSO^(-2)and GSO^(-4)were determined by this method,the results were consistent with recommendation value,and the relative standard deviation was less than 1.0%(n=6).The method can be applied to determination of germanium in sulfide mineral samples.
