摘要
采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对中华绒螯蟹中稀土元素含量进行测定,根据不确定度评定的相关标准,建立了数学测量模型,对检测过程中的不确定度进行评定,包括对样品称量、消解过程、消化液定容,标准工作溶液配制、标准曲线拟合、仪器测定等不确定度分量进行分析。结果显示,以稀土元素镝为例,当中华绒螯蟹样品中镝含量为0.006 23 mg·kg^(-1)时,其扩展不确定度为0.001 47 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2)。样品的消解过程和标准曲线的拟合是不确定度的关键影响因子,在实验过程中应予以关注。
The content of rare earth elements in Eriocheir sinensis was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.According to the relevant standards of uncertainty evaluation,a mathematical measurement model was established to evaluate the uncertainty of the detection process,including the analysis of uncertainty components such as sample weighing,digestion process,digestion solution volume determination,standard working solution preparation,standard curve fitting,and instrument measurement.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.001 47 mg·kg^(-1)(k=2),when the dysprosium content of the Eriocheir sinensis sample was 0.006 23 mg·kg^(-1).The digestion process of the sample and the fitting of the standard curve are the key factors affecting the uncertainty,which should be paid attention to during the experiment.
